Droit de r\u00e9tractation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l\u2019article <strong>L.221-18 du Code de la consommation<\/strong>, le client dispose d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de <strong>14 jours calendaires<\/strong> \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception de sa commande pour exercer son droit de r\u00e9tractation, sans avoir \u00e0 justifier de motifs ni \u00e0 payer de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour exercer ce droit, le client doit notifier sa d\u00e9cision de r\u00e9tractation par e-mail \u00e0 :<br>\ud83d\udce7 <strong><a>mtk.vhs@icloud.com<\/a><\/strong><br>en pr\u00e9cisant le num\u00e9ro de commande et les produits concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Conditions de retour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits doivent \u00eatre <strong>retourn\u00e9s dans leur \u00e9tat d\u2019origine<\/strong>, complets (emballage, accessoires, documentation, etc.) et <strong>non ouverts<\/strong>, afin de pouvoir faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un remboursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les articles retourn\u00e9s incomplets, endommag\u00e9s, ouverts ou salis ne seront <strong>ni repris ni rembours\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les retours doivent \u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante :<br>\ud83d\udce6 <strong>MTK Club \u2013 Service Retours<\/strong><br>10 rue de la mairie, 69890 la tour de salvagny<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>frais de retour<\/strong> sont <strong>\u00e0 la charge du client<\/strong>.<br>Nous recommandons d\u2019utiliser un service d\u2019exp\u00e9dition avec suivi, car <em>MTK Club<\/em> ne pourra \u00eatre tenue responsable en cas de perte ou de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du colis retourn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Exceptions au droit de r\u00e9tractation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article <strong>L.221-28 du Code de la consommation<\/strong>, le droit de r\u00e9tractation <strong>ne peut \u00eatre exerc\u00e9<\/strong> pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les produits descell\u00e9s ou ouverts apr\u00e8s la livraison (notamment les magazines sous blister ou emballage plastique).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les articles personnalis\u00e9s ou command\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialement \u00e0 la demande du client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fichiers num\u00e9riques, t\u00e9l\u00e9chargements ou contenus d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9s fournis imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s achat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Remboursements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le retour r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 et v\u00e9rifi\u00e9, <em>MTK Club<\/em> proc\u00e9dera au <strong>remboursement du produit<\/strong> dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de <strong>14 jours ouvr\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le remboursement sera effectu\u00e9 via le <strong>m\u00eame moyen de paiement<\/strong> utilis\u00e9 lors de la commande initiale.<br>Les <strong>frais d\u2019exp\u00e9dition initiaux<\/strong> ne sont <strong>pas rembours\u00e9s<\/strong>, sauf erreur de notre part ou produit d\u00e9fectueux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Produits d\u00e9fectueux ou erreur de commande<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de produit d\u00e9fectueux, ab\u00eem\u00e9 ou d\u2019erreur d\u2019exp\u00e9dition imputable \u00e0 <em>MTK Club<\/em>, les frais de retour seront <strong>enti\u00e8rement pris en charge par l\u2019association<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce cas, le client doit contacter le service client dans les <strong>7 jours suivant la r\u00e9ception<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante :<br>\ud83d\udce7 <strong><a><strong><a>mtk.vhs@icloud.com<\/a><\/strong><\/a><\/strong><br>en joignant si possible des photos du produit concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
