The purpose of the website is to sell magazines and automotive cultural products imported from Japan.

  1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of MTK Club and its customers in connection with the online sale of products offered on the website.
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. products

The products sold are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, the photographs are not contractual.
However, photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, MTK Club will inform the customer by email and offer either a refund or an exchange if possible.

  1. prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Shipping costs are not included in the price shown and are specified when you confirm your shopping cart.

MTK Club reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

  1. order

Any order placed on the website implies the customer's unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The ordering process consists of several steps:

Selection of product(s).

Checkout confirmation.

Enter your contact details and choose your delivery method.

Payment confirmation.

Receipt of a confirmation email.

The order becomes firm and final upon confirmation of payment.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other secure providers listed on the website.

  1. delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided when placing the order.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
MTK Club cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

  1. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and complete.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the return.

Unsealed, personalized, or imported products are not eligible for return (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).

  1. Guarantees

All products sold are covered by legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, MTK Club undertakes to replace or refund the product, subject to its return in accordance with the terms and conditions set out.

  1. Liability

MTK Club cannot be held liable for:

damage resulting from misuse of the product,

a delay or failure to deliver attributable to the carrier,

or any event of force majeure (strike, disaster, customs delays, etc.).

  1. Intellectual property

All elements on the website (text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of MTK Club or their beneficiaries.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

  1. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for order management.
